Theme Overview:
Robust Region
Robust Region emphasizes, among other things, the creation of climate jobs to promote sustainability in professional practice, stimulating local production to reduce CO2 emissions and increase self-sufficiency, improving the electricity grid to manage congestion, and exploring a regional raw materials market to stimulate the circular economy.
Mission pathways under theme Robust Region:
Use models to prevent/limit fines on the heathland.
More neighborhoods like Minitopia in the community of Te Veld, but then off-grid.
Voorspellingsmodellen voor energie
Top local economy Energy generation by the local (?) tgv population
Food from the region: from organic or regenerative agriculture
Food transition startups help

Decentralization
Cultured meat/milk is the solution. If farmers only use cultured meat/milk, no manure is needed (no nitrogen crisis). We save a lot of green space (grassland + fields for animal feed), which frees up a lot of land for forests, housing, solar parks, and more meat for (ultimately) less money without animal suffering.
The energy that the city needs cannot be generated by the city alone. --> City and countryside need each other. Energy farmers?
Show how your behavior has an impact and that changing it is quite possible.
Choosing for a donut economy now
It would be good to elevate essential themes (food, water, energy, climate) above politics.
Closed energy hubs/energy hubs
Using model s to detect what areas of the city are most affected by a heatwave.
Protein transition
Be careful with data, the security of information is important. But sharing and collaborating is also important.
And coffee then? And chocolate?
More cohesion between city and countryside by not making them two different things.
Healthy takeout or delivery = less waste
